- Once released for sale, homes are sold on a first come, first served basis. Occasionally, when buyer interest in a community is high enough, homes will be sold on a priority list basis. Homes sold on a priority list basis are offered to buyers in the order in which they appear on a priority list for the community. The priority list is generated from the buyer’s pre-qualification date and time (when an interested buyer provided BUILT with a pre-qualification letter from any lender licensed to do business in Nevada or proof of funds for an all-cash buyer).
- BUILT is the sole decision maker for any disputes arising out of the sales process, and BUILT’s decisions are final.
- BUILT encourages all interested buyers to sign up for our “First to Know” list to receive emails regarding upcoming releases, pricing, and more, The best source for up-to-date information on the community is your BUILT sales agent. Stay in touch often to ensure you have current information on any upcoming release for the home you are interested in purchasing.
- Prices are subject to change without notice or obligation. The price on the sales sheets and website today might not be the price tomorrow. The price on the house when you sign your contract is the governing price.
- You must make an earnest money deposit on the date you write you contract (offer) to buy a home. Earnest money must be either a personal check or cashier's check made out to Title Service and Escrow Company from your personal bank account. (No corporate or third-party checks will be accepted)
- BUILT reserves the right not to accept any offer that is contingent upon the sale of a buyer’s existing home or any other property.
- Our sales agents do not have any authority to modify the terms of our purchase agreement.
- These policies and procedures are general guidelines only. They are not an all-inclusive list, and they are subject to change at any time. If there is a conflict between these policies and the purchase agreement, the language in the purchase agreement will control.
